Science Week 2023

This is a whole school resource based on ‘connections with our planet’. The unit is based on the different UN sustainability goals, incorporating working scientifically, careers and links to industry. Each Year group will focus on a different sustainability goal. There is also an assembly to launch the science week.
There are 4 taught lessons and the 5th focusing on a whole school sharing to celebrate science week.

Whole school competitions: You may wish to conduct a class eco competition alongside where your eco monitors can check how much waste is recycled and if classes are turning off their lights to save energy. Most energy efficient gets a whole class reward.
